Beginning November 1, 2025, any service provided by Salado WSC that requires a trip to your property (i.e. data logs, check water softeners, custom requests to turn on/off meters, check for leaks, backflow/irrigation issues, etc) will incur a $25 trip fee which will be added to the customer's water account. If it's determined to be a Salado WSC issue, there will be no fee assessed. This fee will also be charged for after business hour calls.
